Announcements
We are now holding services in the chapel located in the education building directly behind the church
building and the entrance is through the south door (door facing Columbia). Our service starts at
10:30 am. Sunday school/Bible Study classes (9:30 am) and nursery are currently being held
in the house directly next door to the church building on the south side and there is plenty of parking
in the back. We invite everyone to come and tour our historic church building directly after church
service and check out our restoration progress.
Upcoming Events for 2011:
Join us every Wednesday night at 6:00 for prayer and praise and a special message from Pastor Lou. Wednesday night we enjoy worship by singing the old favorite hymns so rich in theology,
as well as, contemporary music in a casual atmosphere. Nursery care is provided. We love and
welcome visitors!
Bible Studies for men and women resume in September! Child care provided at the church.

Exciting Building Update: The new windows are now installed in the educational building! Photos will follow on the building update page when painting is complete.
More Exciting Building Updates -the final plans have been submitted to the City for final approval. Please continue to pray that the City will grant us the permits needed to complete our building in a timely manner.

Women's Bible Study resumes! Join us for another incredible in depth study of the Psalms! Our first study will be Psalm 107 and worksheets and a sign up sheet will be available on 9/17. At our first meeting on 10/1 Laurie will pass out our notebooks with the schedule and worksheets for the remainder of our studies. Celebrate Easter Sunday with us as we celebrate our risen Lord and Savior.
Pastor Lou will be teaching from Hebrews 2:5-13, titled "Jesus is Lord." There will be no 9:30
education classes. There will be a fellowship breakfast before Easter service at 9:30.
There will be an Easter egg hunt following our service!

8:00 pm at University of North Texas is Ji-Sung Kim's concert! There will be no Wednesday night
services on this date and everyone is encouraged to come to UNT, if possible, to support Ji-Sung Kim.
